One-on-one counseling for adults navigating:

Relationship with Food & Body
  • Chronic dieting – stepping away from food rules, tracking apps, and the exhaustion of constant restriction.
  • Disordered eating – building trust in your body’s innate hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues.
  • Shifting toward body neutrality and gentle, compassionate nourishment and movement.

Chronic Disease & Health Condition Management
  • Diagnoses like diabetes, hypertension, and kidney disease using evidence-based medical nutrition therapy – without extreme restriction or rigid meal plans.
  • Learning to support your body’s physical needs and lab values while keeping food flexible, enjoyable, and peaceful.
  • Translating clinical guidelines into realistic and sustainable habits using a non-diet framework.
